Hi Olivier,  I hope you enjoy your Flame the big screen is a real joy for me.  I too have an Eten M600 & made the same change, largely for the same reason.  My Eten now sits at home as a internet radio, so at least it is having a useful retirement What operating system do you intend to use?

To answer your question, going back to WM5, either get the official WM5 rom from O2 Website or get Apps call Grab_it from XDA-Dev to capture your current ROM.

Once you have either WM5, you can flash the WM5 Rom back as in the instruction you have read.

You can find it in ebay not as a cable but as small adapter with 2 ports: one USB (female) and the other mini-USB (male)
