It work's partially. The window is empty but soft keys working. You can turn on Wi-Fi thru SPB wireless manager builded in Mobile Shell 3.x.
I don't have time right know but If I get some I will send letter to SPB. Maybe they'll share the knowledge how to turn on Wi-Fi.

The best way is to make service which will start Wi-Fi modem on Start Up and turn it off after few seconds. And than we could use HTC Comm Manager to control the Wi-Fi or even (I'm not sure for 100%) standard MS Wireless Manager.

Just to update you, I use ROM 28205 for about 1 week, I feel, the ROM is stable, the issues are as follows:
1. SIP, I use Touchpal and I notice that some of programs are not compatible with it (Spb plus, phone suite). after installing those program, touchpal didn't work.
2. There is no Comm Manager, but I can connect to internet directly from connection setting
3. We should use Mobile shell 3 to execute wi fi
4. As ROM 28025 is WM 6.5.3 some program can't install such as Pocket Music
5. If compared by Cotulla ROM 005, the baterry drain faster. even I have already tweak the registry of baterry as mentioned by Malloth
6. I miss Letter recognizer in keyboard option, hoping some one can let me know how to have it and install it in this ROM

I hope blackdoor can release the improve ROM 28205 with Comm Manager soon.

Any other programs such as Opera beta 10, opera mini beta 5, work perfectly in this ROM but I also notice the scrolling is not as smooth as using other ROM such Cotulla's ROM

Does Opera 10 crash your Ring Tone, Doesn't it? Are u use the Beta version? or is the full one already realease?

ROM 28205v7.7 is make my Flame much valueble and more elegance except following:

1. No Letter recognizer
2. No Skin for Wireless Manager
(Prefered not use HTC Comm Manager for gprs on/of because often failure to connect to internet--without HTC Comm Manager my internet much faster and fast connect)
To Swich off GPRS just simply press and hold End Call hard Button...To Swich on, I think it automaticaly
Rest of Wireless Manager Button we can Use SPB Button...
3. For other, ROM 28205v7.7 is stable and run perfecly

Hi, i'm new here...i'm using the ROM 21889 V3 and i correct the problems of the GPRS and the 3G with the things all contributed.

The problem i have is that i can use normaly bluetooth sending files and using with bluetooth headphones BUT i can't recive files from others phones. I all ready put in beam the option of receive all incoming beams.

did anyone have the same problem?..can someone help me please

Opera 10 beta slow dowm all things in wm6.5v 28205 v6 bcaz it put a file om10qs.exe on startup & its the need to stop on startup then more problem solved,but while headset plugin the ringtone not working

I'm using 21889 V3 now and the GPRS issue remains after flash even blackdoor said he has added Nikhil files and reg to this one, I just manually patch my Flame with Nikhil's fix, now I can connect the internet via GPRS.

Fix for 3G/GPRS Follow the following procedure

First Insatll Nik Fix.cab
UNzip certinstall.rar to sd card
Run SpAddCert.exe and install the 3 certificate included
soft reset
tested on 21888 and 28205.
hope to see it fixed in future ROM's

Fix for 3G/GPRS Follow the following procedure
http://rapidshare.com/files/334647394/Nikhil_Fixes.rar

First Insatll Nik Fix.cab
UNzip certinstall.rar to sd card
Run SpAddCert.exe and install the 3 certificate included
soft reset
tested on 21888 and 28205.
hope to see it fixed in future ROM's

thanks for the reply but i already tried that procedure, when i run the SpAddCert.exe it says ROM Lock or something and not succefully added,

by the way my ROM version is 21889v3

21888 no problem on that procedure only for 21889v3

Have tested Rom 28217...
Its works Both Wifi and gprs…. Nix Fix still need to Install for Wifi and gprs wokrs properly (No need to Add Certificate, just install Cab file)
Add Transcriber for Input usable..

I'm using 21889 V3 and have the same input switch issue,so maybe it is a common issue for all 6.5 ROMs, blackdoor, any idea?
